  • 12x Weekly 60 Min 1:1 Coaching Calls (Via Zoom)

  • 1x 90 Min Launch Call to review health history + health issues + weekly wellness topic + establish a program goal (included as the first of your 12 coaching calls)

  • Comprehensive session recap is sent within 24 hours of our coaching call. Includes our session notes, homework, as well as a list of curated wellness resources such as recipes, supplement information, related podcast recommendations, etc..

  • Accountability with on-going email support throughout the 8 weeks of working together, Mon-Fri 9-5pm PST.

  • BONUS: 1 Additional 1:1 Coaching Session for clients who signup for the 3 -Month Transform Package for a total of 13 weeks of holistic health coaching!
